Today Mr. John Austin came out to evaluate my roof’s condition and to present roofing options. There was never any pressure to buy. Mr. Austin educated me on the two risks every house owner has relative to roofs: structural risk and financial risk. He then showed me three different new roof options, his experience and expertise obvious as he can explain complex details clearly and effectively. I feel Mr. Austin is a terrific representative of the Mr. Roof organization.

Was told that our screen on our slider door had a lifetime warranty and it didn’t ! So now I have a screen door that’s coming apart and they won’t come fix it because it only had a 90 day warranty ? It’s only been 2 years since it’s been installed . That was after getting the runaround for about 2 weeks
