Mr Roof is the worst choice you can make They lie and tell you what you want to hear to get the sale . We lost a weeks worth of Direct TV and had multiple dents in our siding from the roof job. We took multiple pictures and had to have the crews come out 3 different times Now they promised windows on a date .. we prepped and took time off Removed air conditioners to find out out that the windows would not be there until noon even though the crew was there. Had a terrible experience trying to get an estimate for our roof replacement. The initial appointment with Julian went well. After that, I had to try calling, texting, and emailing (both Julian and their main office) with no success. Eventually, after 2 months of attempting to simply get an estimate, I gave up.
