Project Consultant Todd was great and supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was quick and easy. The install itself took two days and one additional day for gutters and down spouts. A small piece of my fence was damaged at some point during the install- Project Manager Mike was quick to come and fix it himself. The entire process was professional and smooth. Updating my review from 5 to 2 stars. After the fact, I’ve found a lot of issues that just don’t justify 5 star service. I had the exterior of my house completely stripped and replaced with Hardy Board by MR Roof and in the process they haphazardly framed around my windows with huge gaps to the point you can see in the wall. Very fast and professional. I was very impressed with the whole process. No complaints for me. They knocked out a complete tear off and laid new shingles down on a 24 square roof in one day. They did amazing with clean up. I would highly recommend these guys.
