They were great from start to finish. Mr. Ray, came out, gave us our estimate, was never pushy, and always answered when we had a question. The crew that put on the roof worked hard all day (sun up to sun down), communicated well, cleaned up after they were done, and the roof looks fantastic.

My flat roof had to be replaced through my warranty. Mr. Roof's warranty department was on top of getting back to me when the weather was good for installation. When they came out, they were professional and got it done quick. The manager also helped me with other issues and other questions I had from strong winds that came through.
