Mr roof is 1st class company from Stephon the salesman gave me competitive quote with no this day only tactic. Caitlin n finance got me approved same day. Then got a call from project manager Jeff for next day installation of new roof with correct permit . The crew came out about 7 am n got to work tearing off 3 tab shingle. They finished install about 430 pm and cleaned up.

Brett came out fast and gave a great sales call, helped walk us through what we needed, and a crew was on the roof in less than a week. Started, finished, cleaned, and gone all in one day by 5pm. No issues so far, looks great, so as long as they stand by their warranty if we ever need them, definitely 5 stars! Thanks, Mr. Roof!

This was a warranty repair on my flat roof. This company seems to be dedicated to getting the job done. They found what seemed to be the problem and promptly repaired it. They kept me informed every step of the way. The project manager and crew were very kind and courteous. It rained all night after the repair and my ceiling isn't wet this morning.
