Michael and his team installed a new EPDM flat roof, fixed our rain gutters, a fault in our roof slope, and did a great job updating our roof drains, too. Eric was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what he saw during his inspection of our roof and gutters. He was very patient throughout the long insurance process and kept us informed the whole time. Today Mr. John Austin came out to evaluate my roof’s condition and to present roofing options. There was never any pressure to buy. Mr. Austin educated me on the two risks every house owner has relative to roofs: structural risk and financial risk. He then showed me three different new roof options, his experience and expertise obvious as he can explain complex details clearly and effectively. I feel Mr. Austin is a terrific representative of the Mr. Roof organization.
