Repairman showed up with no visable ties to Able roofing and the work van was damaged (not a great first impression). He asked me what needed repaired (why should he need to ask when the work order has already been submitted). Once I climbed up to show him, he wanted to do a different repair. Rude salesman, tried to cancel with the contract cancelation sheet mailed the next day. Was told never received. Told the salesman and was made to feel like an idiot. Hoped if I would put him off 4 months later he would be nicer. So I emailed him 3 days before March I would not hear from him again. He called me 4 times . In the space of 10 minutes. Showed up on time and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone for a new roof or any roof repairs.
Extremely happy with the whole experience, start to finish. Our sales consultant, Marc Hansson, was great. Marc walked us through and was there at each phase of the project. We went through insurance and he was there with the auditor and walked the roof. The price was reasonable, but it was the customer service and warranty that sold us.
