Our records show you contacted us on January 11, 2020 about a leak that was addressed immediately with our crew and production team and again on January 28, 2020, which was again addressed immediately. We've had no contact from you since. At the time of the complaint you roof was under warranty, so as long as no other work has been performed by anyone other than Mr. Roof we would be happy to address any issues with the roof. We stand by our warranty and products. If issues arise or if something is missed we will inspect, address and repair as needed.
