They are your worst nightmare. They put the singles on during a rain storm. The shingles are crooked. The roof leaks. They say my lifetime warranty is only good for 5 years. Find a reputable vendor. Trust me, the sales pitch sounds good, but it's a scam. You'll need a lawyer.
Mr Roof did a great job from the beginning of the process to the end of the process. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and professional, we felt very comfortable with them through the whole process from the quote to the installation.
Our home was damaged by hail and high wind last June 17, 2022. Our roof and siding was severely damaged. Our insurance came out and offered us $6000 for repair for both the roof and siding. We knew $6000 wouldn’t even begin to cover out damage. Our representative from Able Roofing Billy Vaughan told us to request a re-inspection and that he would be present for the re-inspection.
