We contacted Mr. Roof to check out what we suspected was a leaky roof. They responded promptly and sent someone out pretty quickly within a few days. The original inspector was friendly and very thorough in explaining what was wrong, so we scheduled a service. The crew shows up with no one who looks familiar, but they were done in the expected time frame. So as far as we could tell, the service was great.
