Excellent customer service. I called Mr. Roof for the repair of storm damage when a tree fell on my garage. The tree fell and damaged my Westside gutter and put a hole in my sheating and shingles. Connor Gorman arranged for an estimate, and when I agreed with the estimate, he scheduled for both the roofers and the gutter installers. Top to bottom great people. From the sales rep, Karl, to the install team leader, Edwin and all of the installers, to the office personnel. Whole roof, rip off, put on, and clean up in about 4 and a 1/2 hours. Contacted Karl on 8/14/24 roof was installed on 8/20/24. Could not be happier.
