It was a LARGE project she paid her deposit and it was over 6 months until work began, apparently they lost their whole crew multiple times in these 6 months (that should have been a sign) when work FINALLY did begin we were told it would be a 2 week project. The roof is totally paid for. All we need is for them to come back and fix the gutters on the back porch. A "certain person" who will be named in my next review, has been back 3x and done absolutely NOTHING!!! EXCUSES!! He has been contacted and does not respond until he has been contacted a number of times. That's my experience with Mr. Roof. Too bad the original guy who pitched the job is no longer with them.

Love Mr. Roof! I’ve used them for two things so far and am scheduled to get my house siding done and windows. They did both my roofs and gutter systems. the sales people are so wonderful. The crew is exceptional and made sure they were considerate of my disabilities.

I took the estimator into the room with the leaks, pointed out the damage, and said, “this is what we need to fix.” He said we needed a new roof, which we purchased.
