Repairman showed up with no visable ties to Able roofing and the work van was damaged (not a great first impression). He asked me what needed repaired (why should he need to ask when the work order has already been submitted). Once I climbed up to show him, he wanted to do a different repair. Rude salesman, tried to cancel with the contract cancelation sheet mailed the next day. Was told never received. Told the salesman and was made to feel like an idiot. Hoped if I would put him off 4 months later he would be nicer. So I emailed him 3 days before March I would not hear from him again. He called me 4 times . In the space of 10 minutes.
