Joey was very respectful and polite and did a great job in addressing the issue and answering any questions I had.

Gave the ok on Tuesday and it's Friday and I have a brand new roof including new plywood on the house and garage. When the crew left you would never have known they were there.
Watch out and be warned. They have a guarantee which in a nut shell they will not fix your roof if its installed roof wrong or manufacturer defect.
