Different then my other 2 times. Chuck came out that day I knew the price and what we were going to do. This time I had to wait a few weeks for an estimate, the person that came out climbed on the roof and lifted tiles- never seen that before. But in the end the quality of the job was above and beyond as always. Thankful for there hard work in that heat and humidity. Greatly appreciate there hard work.

We had rainwater leaking into our laundry room as our built-up asphalt roof on our connected garage was failing. Michael and his team installed a new EPDM flat roof, fixed our rain gutters, a fault in our roof slope, and did a great job updating our roof drains, too. I highly recommend them for their quality of work!

Eric was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what he saw during his inspection of our roof and gutters. He was very patient throughout the long insurance process and kept us informed the whole time. He did all the major communications with the insurance company and explained all details in easy to understand terms. I HIGHLY recommend Eric and Mr. Roof!!!

Today Mr. John Austin came out to evaluate my roof’s condition and to present roofing options. There was never any pressure to buy. Mr. Austin educated me on the two risks every house owner has relative to roofs: structural risk and financial risk. He then showed me three different new roof options, his experience and expertise obvious as he can explain complex details clearly and effectively. I feel Mr. Austin is a terrific representative of the Mr. Roof organization.
