They completed the contracted work but would not recommend for the following reasons:
1) They left a mess. I had to go in the back yard and clean up after them
2) DISCUSS AND READ THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY! I had them replace gutter boards on my home and they never even mentioned that they wouldn't paint the wood until they were already doing the work. Hi Brad, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. While we specialize in many things, painting is not one of them, which is why we clearly write in our contracts that the wood is unpainted. We recognize that we are not painters and do not want to leave customers unhappy. We offer to drop off the unpainted wood for the homeowners to match and paint themselves, but we will not match and paint anything. We will however install painted wood once the homeowners have completed their portion. If this was not offered to you, we apologize.
