So I called Mr. Roof to quote gutter guards for 3 of my properties. Super responsive in coming out and price was very reasonable. Unfortunately they instituted a minimum price per job that I was not made aware of until after completing the transaction. No harm no foul if they actually gave me my money back. It has almost been 30 days and nothing. No follow up calls, emails or text. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Went from acceptance to not going to use in the future.
We had able install all new windows in our house. Jeff our sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all questions in regards to the windows. Andy and his team were wonderful to work with during installation and the scheduling team (Sarah) did a great job getting us on the schedule once our windows were ready to be installed.

The Able folks responded to our request for an estimate in good order. Josh came out and explained all the options and worked with us to get things underway. The roofing crew arrived and they were able to complete the work in a long day as they had to remove not only shingles, but slate and then re-sheet a major portion of the roof.
