I just Loved Mr. Roof- Ann Arbor they were so helpful and very friendly and did an Amazing Job and very quickly. Matt was Great , answered all my questions and told me alot of things I didn't even know about my roof. I would highly recommed them and Matt , Field Manager for a Job Well done and they are really willing to work with you. Hi Trever, we're sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations regarding your roofing issues. Upon inspection, our roofing experts determined you have a three-layer roof, which is why they recommended a full roof replacement instead of just a repair - we don't believe in using a Band-Aid approach just to get the work done. We are known for integrity and put the warranty behind the work we perform, which is why we only offer repairs on three-tab roofs less than 10 years old or roofs with only one layer. If we were in the business of simply making money, we would have done the repairs with no warranty, which would not have been a good long term solution.
