Communication during the estimate phase was excellent. Once the deposit was put down, communication was pretty terrible. I had to keep calling to get updates and I had to contact multiple people. Having a single contact would have been better.
The installers "forgot" to do some flashing and had to come back. It took over two weeks and was not the best flashing job.
I've found hundreds of loose nails from the demo on the decks, in the grass and on the driveway. I've cleaned up a lot of pie... Read more
