Original install was a disaster but their warranty team has been hard at work correcting issues and ensuring my long term satisfaction with the roof replacement they did for me. Sarah has been pleasant to deal with and has empathy for my situation which is a welcome change from the open hostility of the original project manager who I've been told is no longer with the company.
Upped to 4 stars.. my installer showed up on time and helped me trim trees away from roof ...they are working hard right now ...feel good about the progress...ty to misty ,ray anna, and the installer crew.
