Upon inspection, our roofing experts determined you have a three-layer roof, which is why they recommended a full roof replacement instead of just a repair - we don't believe in using a Band-Aid approach just to get the work done. We are known for integrity and put the warranty behind the work we perform, which is why we only offer repairs on three-tab roofs less than 10 years old or roofs with only one layer. If we were in the business of simply making money, we would have done the repairs with no warranty, which would not have been a good long term solution.
