They came out and gave us an estimate on 3 houses. We paid them in full. A week later they called and said the jobs were too small and canceled the contract. We’ve made many calls and got the run around but no refund. Finally had to turn it over to the credit card company. There’s no excuse the refund should have been issued the day they changed their mind. There way to risky to do business with.

They actually didn't do any work at my residence, I just called to see if they did small repairs and they said they did , but they have a minimum charge of 950 dollars. I told them no thanks

Jon Winterer was exemplary in representing his company and himself. He gave the homeowner very careful time and attention in explaining the many facets of the job in question. He did not dodge any square inch of the inspection and was detailed and thorough. He understood that I am coaching my friend on this as he is not familiar with construction whatsoever.
