The roof they built looks uneven. The ridge line tilts to one side. Flashing was installed incorrectly. Water now seeps into my ceiling. Their team denied responsibility. They kept making excuses. The project took twice as long as promised. The workers left cigarette butts everywhere. I feel completely scammed. Not recommended at all.

This roofing company promised expert craftsmanship. What I received was far from it. The workers seemed inexperienced. Several shingles blew off within a week. They left nails scattered on the driveway. Cleanup was almost nonexistent. My installation deadline was missed by two weeks. They charged extra without explanation. Customer service was rude. I regret choosing them.
