The staff very kind, professional, and informative. There were some unforseen delays and Able was very kind to work with us and update on the situations. I discovered a mistake after the initial install and the team was great in coming out the next day to resolve it. I was very happy with my service and their level of professionalism.

Had some shingles and chimney cap needing replaced from turbulent weather. Everyone did a great job from Sarah who coordinated the appointment time, through the completion of the work. Andrew was also on top of seeing that all matters were addressed.

I learned an important lesson about being aware of hidden costs in my experience with Mr. Roof. I was given a quote of $7k roof replacement. The day of install I was told that more wood was needed than they had quoted. I asked for the amount of wood needed and the cost two times via text . I did not ever hear back. Very impressed. I had a concern about a large flower bed that I had placed marbles in getting ruined. They were able to put on a new roof and not disturb it at all. No trash left behind and very polite workers. Tyler was great about explaining everything before hand. I talked to 4 different roofing companies and would definitely recommend Mr. Roof. Great price, great service, great workers.
