The entire process from the time our sales rep came to our home until the time the roof was installed was pretty smooth. The only issue is our sales rep told us we would get critter guards as part of the package and after the roof was installed they were not included. I was told they will be installed so I’m hoping they keep their word. They forgot to install my cricket at the chimney but promptly came back and installed it.
