The whole process of getting a new roof installed was very efficient. Zach, the project consultant, was especially fast with providing any requested details. The initial estimate was able to be done remotely (with pictures of the house and a phone app) and it matched the final invoice (after an in person inspection and then the work). The work was completed in a day, as promised, and it looks great.

Communication during the estimate phase was excellent. Once the deposit was put down, communication was pretty terrible. I had to keep calling to get updates and I had to contact multiple people. Having a single contact would have been better. The installers "forgot" to do some flashing and had to come back. It took over two weeks and was not the best flashing job. I've found hundreds of loose nails from the demo on the decks, in the grass and on the driveway. I've cleaned up a lot of pie... Read more

We had storm damage to our roof so we called Mr. Roof, because we have used them in the past and had good results. This time was a great experience with Justin Diaz helping us navigate the insurance company. We decided this time to do new vinyl siding and the new roof. We are very excited with our homes new look and would highly recommend Mr. Roof.
