Josh Berner was the sales representative I had out at my home from Mr. Roof. He was very polite, representing his companies core values, and explained their roofing processes to me very well. It did take a month to get the work done but I had selected a designer shingle they had to order in. Once the parts came in they came out within a week. Mr Roof was the only company that offered a lifetime warranty on the roof that we chose. Originally we wanted to just replace our leaking metal roof with the same, but several contractors told us it was likely to leak again due the drastic change in pitch between main roof and porch roof.
