My whole crew has been amazing in replacing the roof on our home. From the initial meeting with the project consultant Nick to having the crew out to the house to replace the roof. They worked well with the insurance to get me the best coverage possible from the storm damage and the roofing crew was respectful, fast, and did great work. Pros: Work seems good and was done quickly. Mr Joey was very amicable and understanding. Cons: Poor communication between both the company and myself and between the roof and gutter teams within the company itself. Mr James Morely, who claimed to be my project manager, did not pick up any of my calls, nor even attempt to call me back once. Lack of respect for personal property. Very good experience. When we received our estimate for the roofing job it was very well explained and professional. All of our concerns were addressed and all questions answered.
