Had a consultation with Drew Wortham today about replacing my old roof. He was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Drew was well educated with products and process of the Mr. Roof product. I was well informed through every step. Looking forward to my new roof.
I am writing this review 6 months after having our room replaced with Mr. Roof. It's been holding up beautifully. I cannot recommend Josh Hall from Mr. Roof enough -- he is attentive, responsive, genuine, and just a solid guy. He would respond to my many text messages quickly and thoroughly. I would bet that most of his reviews on here mention "goes above and beyond" many times because that's what he does. If my insurance company hadn't been paying for this roof, I would have used a different company. Everyone was very kind and so far, it seems like the roof is fine, but the estimate included overhead and profit. I'm an insurance adjuster. Overhead and profit should be used when a general contractor is needed due to the complexity of the repairs needed.
