      Josh was on time, professional, and very courteous. And he put up with our admittedly very jumpy dogs very gracefully (the dogs do not get a 5-star review unfortunately. Haha.) His explanations were clear and he answered all my questions. New roofs suck but at least the service can be good!

      I attempted to hire Mr Cooper here in Cincinnati. After multiple attempts I was able to schedule time with one of their contractors. The guy no showed to the appointment, and called me saying he can’t make it and will need to reschedule. After multiple calls and attempted contacts I was given a run around. I had to move my work schedule to accommodate and never got the service I needed. If you are in need of prompt and professional service, I’d advice you to look elsewhere.

      Mr. Roof got started at about 8AM. covered all windows, shrubs and everything that could be damaged. Got right to work and finished around 4PM. Very good install and it looks great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

      I generally don't write bad reviews. I'd rather just move on to a more positive experience. However, I feel that not saying anything in this case would be remiss. I paid my deposit and eagerly awaited the promised repair work on my gutters. On the first date they scheduled to arrive I waited until about 3pm and when they did not show I called.       My husband and I could not be anymore happier with Mr. Roof. We had our entire roof replaced. Brandon (our sales representative) was amazing. He was so thorough with the presentation and answered all our questions. Very personable too.
