Had 25yo roof replaced. Attic roof fan removed as all vents which were replaced with ridge vent-quite an improvement. Flat rubber roof also replaced and 2 skylites removed. V Houston project consultant, and J Davenport project manager were on site, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The workers were friendly (unfortunately I know little Spanish!) and hard working and helped each other as needed. Used tarps all around house and left it very clean and picked up.
