I'm only giving 2 stars, and here's my why. I stopped in here to ask about buying some vinyl siding. The lady (name unknown) who came to the door told me they (Mr. Roof) don't sell vinyl siding. I'm adding this in that the lady who did come to the door was friendly and courteous, and she did try to help me. Yet I'll be danged right in the grass next to the road is a Mr. Roof sign advertising "now hiring vinyl siding crews". Now how do you not sell vinyl siding yet a business wants to hire instal... Mr. Roof did an excellent job with the installation of our new roof. Evan Miller was our representative, and he was very thorough in his explanation of what would take place, and did a great job with the estimate. The crew completed our house in one day and returned a bit later to re-shingle a gazebo to match the new house roof. All in all, very pleased with our experience and the service.

I had put down a deposit to have work done on the aluminum trim coil which is underneath our box gutters. When the project manager came out to look at the project he said we actually didn’t need to have to work done. They issued a full (and prompt) refund. I appreciated the honesty and integrity of the company.
