Haven't hired these guys, but have been listening to them scream profanity at full volume for two days while they roof my neighbor's house.
I work from a home office and while I can explain the sound of a roofing crew the angry expletives were a bit harder to justify on conference calls.
They seem to be doing an excellent job on the roof, and are thankfully moving quite quickly. I'm hopeful that they will be done screaming at each other before the weekend.
My experience with Able Roofing was awesome. The project manager and office staff were friendly, knowledge and efficient. The job was done quickly, neatly, and cleanup was amazing. All in all great experience!
tl;dr - Mr. Roof will abandon you as a customer, do poor work, not honor any credit you might receive for damage, and threaten you with collections, even if you pay. Overall, terrible follow up, and worse customer service.
Update: Office Manager contacted me to resolve all outstanding issues. Wishing I dealt with her weeks ago...
