Joey was not wearing a mask when he came to my front door, which is very unprofessional and unsafe. When I had the first inspection done, I was told that the sealant around the stack was cracked and would be replaced. Joey removed and replaced the plumbing book, which may or may not be the same thing. since he was still not wearing a mask, I refused to sign the paperwork (which he wanted me to do without showing me pictures) - I just wanted him gone.

High pressure salesmen that have a very difficult time taking no for an answer. Absolutely would not recommend, don’t give me the “oh we have all these discounts but you need to sign now” bull, and when I said I need to think about it they respond with “oh you don’t want to save $1k? If you’re not serious why did you call us out?”.
Brandon was great! He explained the problems and pointed them out via detailed pictures. Answered all questions with patience.
