Nick was professional and personable. He provided several options for a new roof. He also showed us how they build the roof. The time of agreement to installation date was less that two weeks. A crew came early and completed most of the work. Issue with the size of replacement skylights and framing but problem was discussed and they completed the job with a week. Kevin from Mr. Roof was great when it came time to use our warranty for the first time! Came out within hours of our initial call to inspect what needed repaired, and then came back the next day to quickly repair the ripped shingle, and looked over the rest of the roof to make sure everything was in great shape. Warranty is already well worth having, especially considering how much wind we've had lately!

Jeff Camp representative is one of the best people I have came in contact with. Very knowledgeable, proficient, and educated. We made a contract. They called set a appointment. The materials showed up the day before, and was placed where I asked to be placed. The crew showed up on time the following day to work.
