After an extensive search for a roofing copy I contracted with Mr. Roof. The roofers did an outstanding job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They completed the roof in record time and made sure all debris was cleaned up before leaving. I had a concern about the roof, Doug came out to inspect the roof and addressed/resolve my concern. I will gladly recommend Mr. Roof to my friends and family.
Our issue was that there was an opening between our shingles and plywood, which bees made a nest in it. Greg Estep, came and made sure they wouldn't be able to do the same next year.
Josh was on time, professional, and very courteous. And he put up with our admittedly very jumpy dogs very gracefully (the dogs do not get a 5-star review unfortunately. Haha.)
His explanations were clear and he answered all my questions.

My husband and I could not be anymore happier with Mr. Roof. We had our entire roof replaced. Brandon (our sales representative) was amazing. He was so thorough with the presentation and answered all our questions. Very personable too.
