So mom and her husband had someone from Mr Roof stop and tell them he was with the manufacturer warranty department and the warranty was about to run out on there roof but the roof was just installed about 30 days ago and there is nothing wrong with the roof it is a scam. So that everyone knows manufacturer will never come to ur house like that please be aware of this scam and Mr roof you guys should be ashamed of this.

I have a problem with it’s the way you guys are handling warranties right now. My boyfriend’s roof was redone within the last two years. It’s leaking and ruining the ceiling inside of his house. He has been trying to get ahold of you for months. Repeatedly, the receptionist has said she will talk to someone and call him back the next day and he never hears back.
