People are great , but the guys that do the work , suck. They had to redo the sidling they put up. ,And even the second time is not a good job . Nails and trash they left I had to pick upthey will not finish the job.i would never use or have any one use them

We have used Mr. Roof for multiple projects. They are very responsive and stand behind their work. Our roof has had multiple leaks after only 9 years from a different roofing company (no longer under warranty). Mr. Roof was able to correct the leaks. We also used a (cheaper) third company to try and fix a skylight leak - that company did not fix the leak and never came back. Needed warranty work on roof. Completed quickly and no problem honoring warranty. Found additional roof issue and repaired same day at reasonable cost. Joey Herron the project manager was very helpful and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing.

My husband and I had shopped around all summer trying to get the best price on roofing. We spoke with some independent general contractors and finally got in touch with Nick Gelock at the Grand Rapids location! Went through mister roof after we had water damage from a bad storm. One of the guys came out and gave us a quote and was so nice and didn’t try to force the most expensive option on us. We did wait a 4-5 weeks before getting the day set for our roof to be repaired but part of that time was on us. When they came out to do our roof they got here and then we’re done within 4 hours and then within an hour someone was here to follow up and take the extra supplies that weren’t used
