I made a recent contact to their home office to inquire of roof life warranty. I spoke with Kate and Maria. Both are very professional and friendly. Maria explained detail information about the warranty. I had roof installed back in 2006. We had a leak shortly after installation in which was fixed immediately. No issues afterwards. Greg Estep was wonderful. He found the problem that was causing my leak when he went up into my attic space. The actual problem was not a roofing issue but he explained in detail what I need to do to rectify the situation. He was professional and helpful and made sure I understood everything about the needed pipe repair. He took pictures of the pipe problem that was causing the leak and sent them to my cell phone for future use. I would give HIM five stars!
