If my insurance company hadn't been paying for this roof, I would have used a different company. Everyone was very kind and so far, it seems like the roof is fine, but the estimate included overhead and profit. I'm an insurance adjuster. Overhead and profit should be used when a general contractor is needed due to the complexity of the repairs needed. Just average, they have very questionable good reviews. I was expecting the 4.5 out of 5 service but they came up way short just to average service. The roof is great, but the lack of bidding a job correctly then having the excuse that the estimator was not as experienced as a person in the office.
