Cancelled a contract 2 business days after signing due to an "inability to complete the job ina timely manner" I understand this happens but I feel like they should have known this before signing anything. More disappointed then anything.

The Mr. Roof team was awesome! They replaced the gutters on the front of our house - they were too small and did not drain properly - and installed leaf guards on the gutters. Problems every step of the way. The first estimator that came out took 2 hours to look at my house. He gave me a long overview of the company, wanted me to play games to get the price lower, and told me they could not do insulation in my attic (even thought that was a major part of my request) and when I told him I needed him to hurry up because I need to get back to work, he got an attitude and raised his voice at me (which made me extremely uncomfortable as a single woman in my home). We got the second half of our roof done by Mr.Roof. Everyone was on time once the rain cleared up and the job was done in one day which is amazing. The workers cleaned up after themselves and the project manager was checking in on them during the process.

I learned an important lesson about being aware of hidden costs in my experience with Mr. Roof. I was given a quote of $7k roof replacement. The day of install I was told that more wood was needed than they had quoted. I asked for the amount of wood needed and the cost two times via text . I did not ever hear back. Hi Nicole, We apologize for the confusion about the wood and not sending our message to the correct email. There is something in the contract that alerts you to the fact the wood price can change. This change is due to market fluctuations and is beyond our control. But again, we apologize for the unfortunate situation of the price going up.
