Able roof met and exceeded expectations. The price point for the roof and windows came in at the reasonable expected rate and the quality of work and cleanup exceeded expectations. I am sure you could find someone a little bit cheaper, but they did mess up my gutters and i found only 7 nails from a roof replacement sized at 55 squares (a lot of roof). Delay after delay. Able Roof took 7 months to complete my siding and windows project. They refused to cancel our windows contract without penalty and forced a toxic relationship due to their unreasonable, open ended timeframe.
They were friendly, great and easy to work with. They got everything right(bronze colored gutters) And they came when they said they would and did the job in one afternoon! 🙂
