Mr. Roof took care of us very well. They offered a payment plan as well as a cash price and were quite open with the products that would be installed. The installation crew were professional and pleasant. They worked from very early in the morning until sun down and when the job wasn't complete they came back the next morning to finish but they made a point to ask what time worked for us since we have kids. The team that installed the roof was great and very efficient. Overall, we have have had an amazing experience, including with the financing options.

The craftsmanship on the roof is fine and I have no complaints about it now that it is done. However mr roof has been a headache in just about every other way. They forgot about us despite our down payment and we required a second estimate before getting installation started 2 months later than expected. Now, despite having paid off the roof already we have received a final demand for payment, dated 3 weeks after we received the receipt for the final amount we already paid. Tried to call the o...
