I had a bad experience with another roofing company and they made things right. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and in a timely manner.       First the good- Foreman/ estimator that came out was great. Easy to communicate with and clearly told us what the issue was. They were in and out in 2 days and for the pics they sent me the job looks well done. Now the not so good- Warranty on the roof is sub par. Lifetime warranty barely covers anything, from what I understand it covers the shingles. If the roof was not vented right it’s not their fault.
