I called Mr. Roof for an estimate. The man came to my house, presented his ID, and I have not seen or heard from him since then. I never got my estimate. Yes, I called the home office to no avail.
Showed up to my elderly mothers home to do her roof in a beat up truck that was leaking fluids all over her driveway. When she called to explain that she couldn’t have their truck staining her entire driveway their rep became irate and yelled at her. HORRIBLE COMPANY with even worse customer service. Far too many good roofing companies to support a bad one like this
