They have called me multiple times a week since July. Even though I told one of thier employees that I went with another company and my roof was already replaced!! It's harassment!!! It's been months since my original review. They called 3 times in 2 days. I literally never answer and have blocked them, but it still let's them leave voice-mail. DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY unless you want to be harassed to no end.

First I must say I believe this company is not the original Mr.Roof that has been in business for over 60 but bought into the franchise, because businesses don’t get this far with fake people! In September their representative John can to my home for and estimate for my roof, which was merely a repair, ( fill in a few holes, replace some loose nails, and repair around the chimney ( tuck and point, repair around the stacks) I never received a call to inform me when the work would be done, but 3 ... I do not recommend this company..you will get a bottom feeding contractor to do the work. Mike the project manager will show on day one to do an inventory of the materials, because as he said the warehouse is known to short materials. You will get the creepy white van roll up that's the roofers. They damaged one of my windows and are careless with my home. The gutter guy is another sub contractor that will give you his card and say just cut out the middle man and call me direct. I will give yo... Read more

I liked that I had a clear understanding of what I was purchasing, and what the difference between the products were. The leadman on the install team took the time to answer any question I had, and was very polite.
