Roof got done decent time, but the windows took months for them to schedule! Contrator was rude and rushed through the job. Several windows screens were not placed correctly and some had holes! Customer rep Brad had promised great service and I could never get him to return my calls promptly. But their account services wasted no time demanding payments for incomplete jobs! Terrible terrible service would not recommend company to neighbors, friends, anyone.
I really appreciate how quick they were to respond to my initial inquiry. From start to finish, the staff were professional, straightforward and courteous. When it came time for the repairs to actually occur, the crew realized that the color of the repair shingle they had originally selected was slightly off from the rest of the roof. I had damage from the recent wind storm and called Evan Miller at Mr Roof. He was able to come over and access the damage, make recommendations and help create a plan forward. He was able to inform my on KY laws and what types of coverage I needed to check for with my insurance.
