We had a great experience through Mitch Moutoux ! There were some bumps in the road as with any major construction work but all in all it was a pretty good experience! The crew worked very hard and were kind. I only wish there wasn't a language barrier so I could communicate with them more directly since they were the ones on site.
Update: We called Mr. Roof again because we noticed a drip at the corner or garage near the gutter. Edgar quickly figured out the problem was a clogged downspout and fixed it up for us, free of charge. He even sealed around the hole for the downspout after he noticed the hole in the gutter was bigger than the downspout. As usual, we are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Mr. Roof.

My experience with Mr Roof was positive from their salesman, Lance Tharp, to the workmen (Joey Herron and David Montgomery). Lance had to work especially hard to coordinate the job with another contractor. He always kept a positive attitude. Joey and David showed up on time and got right to work. They only took a shot lunch break and worked hard throughout the day to get the job done. Then they cleaned everything up very thoroughly.
