Bought four windows, installers were professional and nice. Then I tried to open a window...and it slid back down. Called customer service and somebody came out a few times to try and fix the issue. We're about three weeks in and I still have to prop the window open. I would not use this company

The buyers of my house have reported that Mr. Roof has not gotten back to them after multiple attempts to contact them. This was a new roof that was put on and they are having issues with a roof that was supposed to last at least 15 years. It’s been five years since their work. The contract for the roof that we had put on our house was probably just for us with warranty, but they could try and repair their work at my former residence for a price.
