Showed up to my elderly mothers home to do her roof in a beat up truck that was leaking fluids all over her driveway. When she called to explain that she couldn’t have their truck staining her entire driveway their rep became irate and yelled at her. HORRIBLE COMPANY with even worse customer service. Far too many good roofing companies to support a bad one like this

My aunt recommended Mr. Roof after purchasing a new roof in 2019. I called for an estimate and had someone out within the same week. The salesperson was not pushy and never tried to up-sell me on any other products or services. Mr Roof arrived within a week of signing the contract. The crew arrived at 7:30 sharp! As said in thier ad it was ripped off and replaced within a day.5 stars on that part. Was not impressed with the drip edge trimming on all the outer corners. Broke a wind chime but never said anything( ill take responsibility for that as I forgot to remove before job was started) flashing installed on behind siding wasnt the best in my opinion dosnt lay tight and flat to wall.ripped out the cable line never mentioned to me the sales rep and the job supervisor both were great to deal with . job ... So I would not recommend Mr. Roof to anyone ! Buyer Beware!!!!! The Project manager forgot about my initial install of the Gutters and board replacement for the underbody of the Roof which was the main reason for the work. WE SPENT Close 4k for this to be done and now weeks/months later the wood is falling back off my house . Then to be told buy someone who's supposed to be helping out because how short staffed they are that you need more work done which should be done before they installed th... Read more
