They broke our gutter then said they'll replace it since we "think" they freaking did it. They have a big magnet, but didn't use it because the number of nails we have found is ridiculous! My son almost landed on a pile in the front yard! They hid aluminum behind my son's toy box, under a box he almost got cut on! I ended up with a nail in my dang tire! Mr. Roof was awesome to work with and we were really happy with the price. The roof was done in a day, they did a great job cleaning up. The sales rep Ray was true to his word and handled everything. Financing was super easy. Our roof was a huge job with three layers and roof board replacement. Awesome warranty! We went with the upgraded shingles which really weren’t much more and they are really beautiful! We would definitely recommend Mr. Roof. If I needed another roof I would use them again!

Roof guy came to survey the siding damage. He was going to reach out to me about quote. since damage was under $900, He is refused to do the work. Not even responding my call. Never recommended to anyone.
