Joe did a good job with the inspection. He explained that the roof was in good shape and did not need anything.
After a storm that caused hail damage on march 15, 2025, a representative of Mr. Roof came over knocking on doors and neighborhood to my door. I have two properties and they inspected both properties. Red representative was very friendly on that day but the moment that the insurance needed documentation provided, they ghosted me. I’ve been waiting since then and today is May 30, 2025 with still no response. I’ve tried calling and texting the representative and no response.
Mr Roof replaced my garage roof beginning of May 2025. The roofers were exceptional hard working guys.
