I recently received a cold call from Mr. Roof telling me that I inquired about a quote for roofing. When I informed the telemarketer that I not only no longer live at the address he was trying to give me a quote for, but that I only rented a room at that address, he got an attitude with me, saying something to the effect of “clearly, you’re just going to continue with your little spiel, here.” At which point he hung up on me, mid-sentence. Roof got done decent time, but the windows took months for them to schedule! Contrator was rude and rushed through the job. Several windows screens were not placed correctly and some had holes! Customer rep Brad had promised great service and I could never get him to return my calls promptly. But their account services wasted no time demanding payments for incomplete jobs! Terrible terrible service would not recommend company to neighbors, friends, anyone.
