I had to pay almost three thousand dollars more than what was quoted . Make sure you read the contract. Make sure your contact says all materials include in price. Roof looks good for the price.

Hi Ramona. Materials are included in the contract. Your roof needed redecking, which does require additional cost, and we don't always know if a roof requires this until we open it up. We always mention this possibility in the contract. We had to redeck parts of your roof due to the current code in Michigan. It's a safety issue. I hope this clears it up. Have a great day.

need to add an addendum to my review: had an issue with rain water coming down our vent pipe and thought that it might require recaulking around the "boot". Called Mr. Roof and got a call back within an hour and a visit from a Project Manager the next morning. After a thorough inspection that involved going up on the roof and as well, up in our attic to inspect all of the boots installed when our roof was replaced over five years ago, it turned out that our vent pipe was the source and the roof ... Mr. Buckius explained the financing aspect of it...and all the details of how long it would take...including the price it would cost. And what they would. be doing..
