We got the chance to meet and work with Sara at Able. She came out to our home, went over the issues we had with the current gutter setup. Sara was able to get us set up with everything we wanted to get done. She is very knowledgeable about every aspect of roofing and gutter work and really worked to understand our needs. Bonus Sara is very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend her to anyone in need of home needs.
Do NOT recommend this company. They are rude, always run late (or call 5 minutes before they are supposed to be there to cancel), unprofessional, Do DOT honor their own warranty, etc. They will tell you to file a home insurance claim if something is wrong with the roof that they placed and warrantied.
Work started at day break. Work was done shortly after lunch. Cleaned up and left everything in good shape. Really liked the follow up by company rep as afterwards.
Had a great experience with this company. Contacted them Tuesday, they came out Thursday and I’ll have a new roof within the next month. The sales rep was very straight forward and told us up front what to expect, ways to cut cost, etc. Would highly recommend!
