Apparently no negative reviews are allowed per their siding contract. I will simply state, in my opinion, if I could leave less then one star, I would.
The installation over my flat roof went horribly wrong. The cut was jagged as in the pictures, where it improperly laps over my flat roof which makes it prone for leaks. They also cut the left side of the roof uneven, and I was told in order to fix it, they would end up damaging the roof further.
I called and went to a call center. Gave all my information and when we got to will you be at home for inspection I told them I was remote but would have a friend there and could Zoom or FaceTime, or could give them keybox code. They said I have to be there, though house is in Ann Arbor, Michigan and I live in Austin, Texas.
Somehow folks down here buy houses remotely never seeing it except on FaceTime with their realtor, buy a car remotely on Carvana, and AirBnb is running their company remote... Read more
